Handling NAT Keepalive in IMS PCSCF Configuration: Bypassing NATHelper Module

Hi All,

In the default Kamailio configuration, keepalive handling for NAT is typically managed through the NATHelper module. However, in the IMS PCSCF configuration, the NATPING route is used to send SIP OPTIONS messages for keepalive, which bypasses the NATHelper module. This approach makes it impossible to send raw UDP packets for keepalive handling. Can any one help me configuring that?
