Hi Johannes, I have run into this issue as well; rtpengine_manage() can't resolve its context in certain complex cases (e.g. async), and one must revert to more explicit _offer() / _answer() calls. I actually tend to avoid rtpengine_manage() nowadays except in very, very simple scenarios, because it's easier not to think about it. :-) -- Alex > On Jun 25, 2025, at 7:32 AM, Johannes Westhuis via sr-users <[email protected]> wrote: > > Hi Daniel, > > thanks for pointing that out. > I stopped using rtpengine_manage and instead used rtpengine_offer and it seems to solve the problem. > > Best Regards, > Johannes > __________________________________________________________ > Kamailio - Users Mailing List - Non Commercial Discussions -- [email protected] > To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] > Important: keep the mailing list in the recipients, do not reply only to the sender! -- Alex Balashov Principal Consultant Evariste Systems LLC Web: https://evaristesys.com, https://www.csrpswitch.com Tel: +1-706-510-6800 __________________________________________________________ Kamailio - Users Mailing List - Non Commercial Discussions -- [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] Important: keep the mailing list in the recipients, do not reply only to the sender!
