For 5.2.8 use can use CentOS 8 repo
https://rpm.kamailio.org/centos/8/5.2/5.2.8/x86_64/Packages/k/

For now, CentOS 8 is deprecated, and you can try rebuilding the srpm file
on CentOS (Alma, Rocky) 9/10 Linux.
https://rpm.kamailio.org/centos/8/5.2/5.2.8/x86_64/Packages/k/kamailio-5.2.8-0.el8.centos.src.rpm

To rebuild, you can use docker images
https://github.com/sergey-safarov/kamailio-builder/pkgs/container/kamailio-builder
