Hello Richard and Sergey,

Good morning and thank you very much for your guidance and help. It seems
that my issue is resolved. I am able to compile the kernel module and
xt_RTPENGINE.ko file is also created and able to successfully load this
module at the boot time. But, I am unable to compile and install the
iptables extension. For this, I need to follow the below steps:

cd rtpengine/iptables-extension

make all

cp -fr libxt_RTPENGINE.so /usr/lib64/xtables/.

*Problem:* I wasn't able to find the "iptables-extension" folder in my
rtpengine source folder. So, it is giving below error:

[root@rtpengine ~]# systemctl status rtpengine.service

● rtpengine.service - Kernel based rtp proxy

   Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/rtpengine.service; enabled; vendor
preset: disabled)

Active: active (running) since Thu 2025-09-18 12:37:28 UTC; 23h ago

Please advise me to move forward and thank you in advance.

Best regards,
Chandramouli.
