Bundle support in particular is brand new and currently only supported 
by the trunk (beta) version of rtpengine. You should be able to see in 
the rtpengine log file if it supports it or not (it would print an 
"unknown flag" error or similar if it doesn't). If it does support it 
and bundle negotiation takes place, you should see log messages related 
to bundled media if you enable debug logging.

If you want /outgoing/ offer (invite) SDPs to be bundled, you need to 
include `bundle=offer` (or, for WebRTC, `bundle=require`) in the list of 
flags.
