sdp_remove_media() always uses the original message, right?

sdp_remove_media("video");
sdp_remove_media("image");
Am I correct in the assumption, that this would only end in the image
type to be removed, but not the video type as both work on the original
SDP if no msg_apply_changes() is called in between?
