Re: Dlg_refer_cid not working as expected or is it me?

I thought it wasn't mandatory for this interaction on the REFER/NOTIFY?
Especially if they are not compliant with RFC 5589

Sounds like an A to C issue to me, we would need logs and traces to
confirm, though I have seen REFERs complete with and without them in my own
tests.
