Hi, been using Kamailio 5.8.4 on RH 9.x for 2/3 years now, on a few dozen servers, and so far no issues: just compile from source and install, and it should be OK. At the most, maybe some SELinux limitations but easily fixed. We are now moving to 6.1 and so far so good.
