Make sure you’re actually gettting the response for which you have the
failover. We usually do something like 5XX\4XX for testing as you might not
be matching it. I also didn’t see a

t_branch_timeout()

On your failover.

Also, if the gateway is down and not even responding, Kamailio won’t even
try that destination.
