Analizying logs I understood what is happening. It's normal way of how loose_routing works. I have 2 Route header coming from Teams that contains both "myself" so are consumed both and used the last one to send ACK to. In my case is internal LAN of kamailio server (192.168.1.3). So, it's normal Anyway I still get issue. ACK or BYE are not forwarded to Asterisk server (should be 192.168.1.200).
