glitches in Amanda "make clean"

Hello,

I updated Amaya from the CVS this morning and ran "make clean" I don't 
usually watch long  processes but I happened to notice a couple of 
glitches on this run.


It seems odd that "make clean" would need to run "configure" in libwww, 
but maybe there's method in the madness.
.....
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/makis/src/amaya/Amaya/WX/libwww'
/bin/sh ./config.status --recheck
running /bin/sh /home/makis/src/amaya/Amaya/WX/../../libwww/configure  
--disable-shared --with-zlib CC=gcc CFLAGS=-O2 -W  -x c  --no-create 
--no-recursion


Finally, the process ends with some apparently insignificant errors.
