Amaya 9.2 compile error MacOS 10.4

9.2 appears not to have yet filtered thru to the
fink/10.4-transitional tree, so with a few minutes to spare ;-)
I d/led the tarball and tried to compile

It throws me a make error:

Disclaimer: I Am Not A Programmer, but
looking at glglyph.h I'm inclined to agree with those msgs.
Maybe I shouldn't be using glglyph.h?
