This warnings are now fixed.

That's strange because in the last tarball these variables are within an 
#ifdef _GTK section and you're not compiling a GTK version

I guess the configure doesn't allow the --enable-bookmarks with wx
Try to clean up previous object subdirectory and remove that option
It should work better.
