, the integral 3 has been corrected. I added characters for the 5 and 6 
but I don't know how to declare the correspondence between 
entity-name/numeric reference/thot-character to represent a symbol. Same 
remarks for horizontalstretchhat that I have also added.

For horizontalstretchoverfrown and horizontalstretchtilde, I checked at 
http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/REC-MathML2-20031021/appendixf.html but they 
aren't mentioned as stretchy accents, even if the first could be 
replaced by OverParenthesis;. Nevertheless the document is Non-Normative 
and some accent present in the testsuite such as &check; are not mentioned.
