feature suggestion: document creation wiki like

Hi

I have a feature suggestion.

When clicking on a hyperlink for a non-existing local file, Amaya
could create a new document like a wiki does.
The type of the document could be the same as the current document, or
even a default type like XHTML ( better that no creation at all ). The
title of the new document could be taken from the hyperlink.
