[Announce] Amaya 11.3

The Amaya team is proud to announce Amaya 11.3

New Features are:
 o The support of https protocol
 o A new version of the template editor: creation of XTiger libraries,
   components, imports, etc.
 o A new version of the rendering engine
 o Edit of template instances thru the Structure view
 o Opening of the Structure view with the vertical split and the Source
   view with the horizontal split
 o A double click in the List of style sheets tool to open the
   style sheet
 o A new set of Amaya profiles: "Lite", "Lite+Web", "Lite+Web+CSS",
   "Lite+Web+CSS+Math_Graphics", "Advanced"
 o The Insert entity command allows one to insert unicode characters
   into a HTML document
 o A new command Undo close Tab in the Tab contextual menu
 o The Tab and Shift Tab commands allow one to move down/up list items

This release also includes a set of bug fixes
