table cell and margin property

this is a short demo that illustrates that the td element is not following the box model for margins ..... this is rather important for styling purposes if one wants gaps arround cell bordrs to occur..... other browsers also do not respond to margin setting but they leave a fixed gap and then you cant remove the margin ....
