Amaya 11.0 WinXP Bug: Next Element / Previous Element skip an element

Hi,

I just installed Amaya 11 (Dec 16 2008) on Windows XP and noticed the Next
Element and Previous Element keys are not working correctly. To reproduce:

1. create an HTML document with three paragraphs

2. position the cursor in paragraph 1

3. press F4

4. note how focus shifts to paragraph 3 (it should focus on paragraph 2)

5. press Shift F4 while you are in paragraph 3

6. not how focus shifts to paragraph 1 (it should focus on paragraph 2)
