Gentoo ebuild update

Just wanted to give a little back...

I updated the ebuild script for my x64-64 platform.  I needed to manually 
install "raptor" and add the "--enable-system-raptor" config option.

I also copied the Mesa config file as mention in the build docs on the web 
site:
