Windows: Amaya (affecting) other applications regarding hyperlink handling

Hi everyone,

Sorry for the (partial) spamming, but I was just able to diagnose and
report an issue [1] in the Amaya bug tracker which may potentially be
affecting a lot of people. And, as I'm convinced that only a few
follow the Amaya bug tracker, decided to bounce to the users list too.
;-)

If whenever you open a link in a Microsoft Office (or other)
application, you bump at a message similar to this one:
 "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on
this computer. Please contact your system administrator."
... then consider taking a look at the bug report [1]. Please add
additional information to the bug report or, if unable to, to this
thread. Thanks! :-)
