Changes in the German translation, file base_am_msg.xml

Hello,enclose an attached file base_am_msg.xml edited with Amaya. The file contains changes in the German translation. This is necessary so that the text agrees with the translation of the german manual (on-/offline-help).Further a few suggestions for the English text.
