Changes in the German translation

Thanks for this. It seems that some changes introduce inconsistency with respect
to the translation in other languages. For example, "Exit Amaya" is replaced by
"Beenden" (no reference to Amaya), "New Drawing" is replaced by "Grafik" ("new"
removed) etc Don't you think we should rather update the german manuals?
