Amaya crash

(1) This page http://mindprod.com/jgloss/jgloss.html on Windows 7 with
the latest 32 bit Windows Amaya not only failed to render, it crashed. 
The docs suggest this may be a video driver problem. Perhaps you would
like to try it with your own machine to to see where the problem lies.

I have a Integrated NVIDIA GeForce 6100 and NVIDIA nForce 430A video card.

(2) Second problem, unordered lists with bullets with icons like this:

    background-color: transparent;

The lists are rendered with no green plus icons, and nothing at all to
mark the list items.  If you have not got around yet to supporting
icons, perhaps you could substitute ordinary  bullets for the time being.

(3) Third problem.
Amaya needs some sort of simple beautify/reflow/tidy to reflow long
lines, indent to show nesting and start <h tags etc. on a new line.
