No software lanuch

Yes: Help Please I cannot get the Analog program package 6.0 to launch on my windows 
Millennium machine. I installed the short cut Icon on the desk top and the 
package folder in a lower directory. According to the Instructions users need 
not do anything more then reset parameters If they wish.. All I get with a click 
Is a DOS command window for a second ( Gone too fast to read ). Is this very 
difficult to get up and running? Any help Is most welcome. user Jim
