Log by specific client IP addresses

I want to create a report from IIS logs only for certain client IPs. For 
example, only for the clients coming through the IP 210.55.53.X and IP 
range from 202.62.123.224 to 202.62.123.231 and for IP 203.20.238.X all 
in a single report. Here X means 0 to 255. Can some please help?
