Redirected Report Edit

Within the REDIRECTED USER report, I would like to edit the description:

"This report lists the users who were redirected to another file."

and

"Listing local users, sorted by the number of redirected requests."

I am not exactly sure which file contains the descriptions for this report.
The README files indicate a "descriptions.txt" file used with the DESCFILE
command, but I cannot find anything like this in the Analog directories.

Any help would be appreciated.
