Windows XP 32-bit is Windows NT 5.1

According to Wikipedia, "Windows XP 64-bit Edition 2003" is based on the
Windows NT 5.2 codebase, and is therefore identified as the same OS as
Windows Server 2003.

Microsoft defines the Version numbers.
