seeeing only logs from a certain number of users

Because we use an MS loadbalancing, certain logs are not in our logging l= ist. For example. =20 Server a page 1 - 9 views =20 Server b page 1 - 12 views =20 Its a total of 21 views, but because the analog only shows from 20 logs a= nd up it doesnt show at all.
