less words in results...

hello,

I am wanting to reduce the amount of words in both
title - and description on search results.  I would
like no more than 2-3 words on title and 3-5 words on
description.  

What code must I change for this to be possible?


Example:  
1. Google Announces 
...directory of ASP companies... 60k
