How to skip from page results empty excerpts?

Hi,

How Can I skip from results urls with empy excerpts? Or how can I set a 
minimum excerptst size?
The problem is on redirect url . For example with query redirect many 
results have only title redirect and no page content.
Any patch for this problem?
