cvs read access, help offer

Hi,

when I try to checout aspseek from the CVS repository, it failed with an 
error:

 > can't create temporary directory /tmp/cvs-serv5402
 > Permission denied

I think this is a result from the acual security warnings agaings cvs, 
but are there any othere ways to download the actual development-sources 
of aspseek?
