TCoolTrayIcon not found.

Hi,
   I got the source for blogbuddy, when I load it up in my delphi-6 I
   get this message: "class TCoolTrayIcon not found"

   Do I need to install an additional package before continuing?

   BTW, The reason I want to build this is that when I try to use
   blogbuddy with a moveabletype installation, I get this error when
   I click on "update blogs": Tstruct.GetString(url) - key not found.

   I'm sure it's a problem on the MT side, but I just want to see what
   MT is sending back to blogbuddy to generate such an error so that I
   can fix this prob.
