Add image to picasa web album using javascript

Hi Brett,

Is there a way to upload an image to an individual's Picasa Web Album and 
receive the url of the uploaded image in response? My app helps people 
write blogs and add images to it. These images cannot be added to the blog 
directly but can be done via a public image url. Can a picasa api help me 
with this?

BTW, thnx for the blogger API access.
