Increase Blog Limit

Hi, I work on post uploader for a client. He has about 1500 old 
document(converted to HTML) ready for upload and wish to upload all or 
them. The API has issued an error that the BLOG rate limit has been 
exceeded, Is there a way where I can increase the limit for one day or 2 
max.
