Blogger throws exception! what can i do?

Hi i have a blog in blogger. i have added an adsense account (the same 
gmail address) which has been approved and now i can see ads displaying in 
my blog. But now i want to switch the adsense account associated. I go to 
the adsense earning tab and press the change account. it then takes me to 
the adsense where it asks for confirmation. then it tries to redirect back 
to blogger and there i get a full exception. the only thing possible there 
is to press the button at the end that says return to blogger. the url at 
the top is a blogger one not adsense. In the adsense i can see the new 
association with blogger in the third party access tab. Due to this 
exception the adsense account switch does not change the adsense account 
associated. what can i do where can i report this bug...please someone help
(note:ofc i have tried different browsers in different pcs). i want to 
point that i already use the adsense account for my admob and adsense for 
content (in another weebly hosted site) with success for a long time now)
