Problem with "Blog has exceeded rate limit or otherwise requires word verification for new posts"

Hello, I am trying to migrate my blog to Blogger using a Google API script. However, my blog got flagged and getting the error "Blog has exceeded rate limit or otherwise requires word verification for new posts". I am only uploading 40 posts per days but I guess at a pretty high rate. I can slow it down but I cannot move forward since it keeps on giving me this exception. Can anyone help me on this?
