Blogger API actually NOT enabled?

I put in a request to have the Blogger API enabled, got an email from Brett saying it was so. I tried everything to get an ajax script working. (namely this one: https://www.googleapis.com/blogger/v3/blogs/2938529773645443318?key=AIzaSyBQz_6fdV8gc3XmsiRwzkORdCHItwr5L-E) Then, while trying to get it working, I noticed that the Blogger API wasn't enabled (http://imgur.com/a/AiHF9). When I clicked to enable it I got the same screen as I did the first time that sent the request to Brett ( http://i.imgur.com/vNCO35Gh.jpg).
