Cannot edit my links, and cannot moderate comments

democracystreet.blogspot.com I can write and edit blog entries but for the last three months have been unable to access my blog links and cannot moderate comments. The symbol has disappeared and I'm told I have no right of access when I click on moderate comments. I am unused to using the forums, so please forgive me if I am not observing protocol - and help!
