I can't figure out how to make my own website through blogger.com

I have 5 blogs on blogger.com and I want to make a profit off the adsense ads that are on my blogs. But adsense says I'm not eligible because I don't own my own website. It then says I can create my own website through blogger.com but I have searched everywhere on blogger.com and cannot find anything that appears to let me make my own website.
