blogger subscription

i received a notice that my subscription for my blog domain will not be 
renewed and my blog will be erased.
there was a notice before that I did not pay my subscription but actually i 
paid for it. i wrote to google but 
no reply. my blogsite is ilocandiatreasures.com i dont know where to 
contact google to know how that happened.
