What's with the template issue and half of everything being in Spanish?

What is wrong with blogger this morning? I am trying to work with the templates to set up a new blog, and I am pretty confident I know what I am doing, I get this error code, bX-41ids9. Plus, my ad sense is in Spanish. I didn't make that change, can't find how to undo it...
