I can not change the domain!

Hello, I had a 40 minuts call now with the support of my domain. We tried everything and at the end he said i have to write a e-mail to blogger support. Because: The CNAME: 2w*******vngv-p*********h**2.dv.googlehosted.com. Does not work! I have this in my DNS-Settings: 2w*******vn gv-p********h**2.dv.googlehosted.com. www ghs.google.com. He says the ''gv-p********h**2.dv.googlehosted.com.'' does not work. What should i do?
