I can confirm that the project is configured with Blogger API enabled,
which is why it works on pr-nizar.blogspot.com. As for not working on
tbibtounsi.blogspot.com, I'd suggest creating a new API Key for that
specific domain. It is worth noting that Blogspot domains are available on
a wide range of Country Code Top Level Domains (ccTLDs), e.g. *.
blogspot.com.au and you really should configure your keys to work from all
of those referrers as well.
