Need blog deleted

This blog is defunct: http://derefla.blogspot.com It's owner, a friend of mine, changed e-mail addresses and lost access to the one needed to sign into this blog. He now has a new blog to go along with his new e-mail address, so the above blog served no purpose anymore. He would like it deleted, but since he can't login to do it himself due to no longer having the same e-mail address, he needs an administrator to do it for him.
