Redirect takes site down!

I'm admin-ing a site for a client who tried to redirect their blogspot to a new site. Instead the new site got redirected to the old. When she removed the redirect something got lost because now I can't get anything but a 404 error at the new URL. I can log in with ftp, but that's it. I even installed a new copy of wordpress in a new subdirectory to see if I could get there somehow and nothing. site is : http://www.sticksandbricksshop.com/ Any help welcome!
