Access problem. Urgent help needed!!!!

Greetings admin. A few months back my yahoo email account was blocked and I couldn't seem to retrieve them back. Now I would like to enter my existing blog which is registered under the yahoo account but I couldn't do so because the account is blocked. All the help to recover my blog are directed to my yahoo account. Is there any method that can be used to change my email address with my existing blog.
