How to change the status 'ON' of Blogger API?

Hi all,

I am new to Blogger API. I am trying to develop a mobile app that allows 
the users to post on their blogger's blogs. I have requested the access for 
the API but still haven't get the access. 

Anyone knows how long it will take to get the approval?
