Post Search Description Missing from Post Page !

Hi,

Earlier we used to see option to add Meta Description to each post in 
Blogger as shown in the screenshot @ http://puu.sh/7iyPU.png

However, today it is missing from my blogger post page. Screenshot @

Can anyone confirm if this is an issue ?
