Try the following URL instead:

https://www.googleapis.com/blogger/v3/blogs/2543222621347609994/posts?maxResults=1&key={YOUR_API_KEY}

The URL you list is just for retrieving the Blog itself, where as you
appear to be wanting the first post, which is what this URL does.
