'View as guest' no longer an option?

Hi,
I've just finished developing a hosted Blogger website. I checked out the
documentation on access control before I started to make sure I can
restrict access. The documentation for Control Permissions<https://support.google.com/blogger/answer/42673?hl=en#>
says...
1. For each address entered, the Google Account associated with that
address will be given access to view your blog. If an address is not
associated with an account, that person will receive an invitation email
with a link allowing them do one of three things:
- Sign in to an existing account.
- Create a new account.
- View your blog as a guest (no account required).
Only it appears there is no 'view blog as guest' option any more? I've set
the site as private and added users with non-google email addresses, but
then on the email they receive there is no 'view as guest' option?
I can't seem to find anyone else having a similar issue.
Is there something else I have to do? Or has this feature been removed
(which would be really annoying)?
Thanks for any help or info.
Bill
